We offer individual and family psychotherapy integrated with various forms of exercise like walking, yoga and Martial Arts to help kids and their parents develop more self-awareness, self control and become more disciplined. Our therapists utilize an eclectic approach incorporating strategies from Narrative therapy, Polyvagal Informed therapy, Trauma informed therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Training. These forms of therapy are utilized to address conditions like Depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, Oppositional Defiance, and parent/child relationships issues including but not limited to “Failure to launch”.

Yoga

Yoga has been used for centuries to heal, improve range of motion and develop strength. Learn how to use yoga to open up your body and develop a more awareness of your feelings and where they originate from. Yoga can also help to stretch your fascia which is the connective tissue between your skeleton, muscles, and skin. Many times our fascia can be bound up and inhibit full range of motion. When we move more freely our sense of self improves and we can increase our enjoyment of life.
